What we do

Three things, done right every week

Lawn care, irrigation and seasonal cleanup for properties across Rockwall and Rowlett — no upsell games, just the work your yard actually needs.

Lawn Care

Weekly or bi-weekly mowing, clean line-trimming along beds and fences, crisp edging on walks and driveways, and blow-off so nothing gets tracked inside. We adjust cut height by season so your St. Augustine or Bermuda holds up through a Texas summer.

Irrigation

Sprinkler startups, seasonal shutdowns, leak repairs, head replacements and zone tuning so every corner of the yard gets even water and your bill doesn't spike. We check coverage head by head and set controllers for Rockwall's watering guidelines.

Seasonal Cleanup

Spring bed prep, fall leaf removal, hedge and shrub trimming, and hauling everything away so your curb is clean when we leave. Perfect before a holiday, a home sale, or the first cold snap off the lake.

Family-owned & local

The owner still walks every property

We're not a franchise with a call center. We're a Rockwall family that lives minutes from the water you can see from most of the yards we mow.

Chris started Lakeside Lawn Care in 2015 with one truck, one trailer, and a rule that still runs the whole company: if we say Tuesday, we mean Tuesday. Nine years later the crews have grown, but the owner still personally walks new properties before we ever quote them — because a lawn near the lake behaves differently than one three miles inland, and the estimate should reflect that.

How it works

From first call to first cut

1. Request a quote

Tell us your address and what you need. We pull up the property and, for anything beyond a standard mow, the owner comes by to walk it in person.

2. Get a clear price

You get a flat weekly or per-visit price in writing — no vague 'starting at' numbers, no surprise line items after the fact.

3. Lock in your day

We assign your yard a set service day and a crew that stays consistent, so you always know who's showing up and when.

4. Enjoy a yard that stays ready

We keep it mowed, edged, watered right and cleaned up through every season — you just look out the window and relax.

What Rockwall & Rowlett homeowners say

Our old service would skip weeks after rain and never call. Lakeside shows up the same day every week, rain schedule and all. The edging along our driveway looks like a golf course.
Meredith K., Rockwall
They found a cracked sprinkler line that had been quietly soaking one corner of the yard for months. Fixed it same visit and my water bill dropped noticeably. Straight shooters.
Danny R., Rowlett
We booked a full fall cleanup before hosting Thanksgiving. They hauled off every leaf and trimmed the shrubs perfectly. Yard looked better than it did in spring.
The Alvarez family, Lake Ray Hubbard
Chris walked the property himself before quoting and pointed out two things the last company charged me for that I didn't even need. Honest people are hard to find.
Paul T., Rockwall
